Project Manager/Scrum Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of e-commerce analytics projects, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business objectives.
Serve as the Scrum Manager, facilitating Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, retrospectives, and reviews.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and establish clear goals and deliverables.
Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets to ensure efficient resource allocation.
Drive cross-functional team alignment, ensuring seamless communication between business, product, analytics, and engineering teams.
Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Leverage data insights and analytics to inform decision-making and drive continuous improvement in project delivery.
Act as a liaison between business units to ensure a deep understanding of e-commerce analytics and product-related priorities.
Promote a culture of accountability, innovation, and teamwork while ensuring adherence to Agile principles and best practices.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (advanced degree preferred).
5+ years of experience in project management, including at least 3 years working in Agile environments.
Proven experience in e-commerce analytics, with a solid understanding of data-driven decision-making and analytics tools.
Certification in Agile methodologies (e.g., Certified ScrumMaster or SAFe) is highly preferred.
Exceptional organizational, leadership, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project) and analytics platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau, Power BI).
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.
Experience in hybrid work environments and managing distributed teams is a plus.
